William Prothero has over 30 years experience in worldwide aircraft sales, leasing, and asset management.

He has concluded numerous aircraft sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and in 2004 co-founded RPK Capital Management Group LLC Chicago, wich grew to a portfolio of more than 50 commercial passenger and cargo aircraft. Prior to RPK, William was Vice President of Marketing with Unicapital Corporation with responsability for handling the management of more than 70 aircraft and engines in the aviation group.

William worked Airbus in Toulouse, France from 1985 to 1999 in several management roles and engineering positions. He holds an engineering degree from the UK gained alongside his graduated apprenticeship with British Aerospace, Bristol.

Rafel Oliver joined Highbury Group in 2009. He is graduate in Economy by the University of Balearic Islands. Rafel has extensive experience in major companies of the Airline and Hotel industry.

Prior to joining Highbury Rafel worked in the Aviation and Hotel industries. Most of his airline career has been developed in the Futura Group where he has hold different financial key positions: Financial Director (Jul 07- Jan 09), Financial Deputy Director (May 05-Jul 07) and USA Financial Manager (Oct 03-May 05). In Futura he has participated in the expansion of the Group and has been involved in all aspects of strategy and new investments.

Since 2010 he is working as Fianacial Board Advisor for Albastar SA. Also worked as Auditor for the international wellknown hotel company Barcelo Hotels and Resorts as Auditor in Europe and North & South America.

Maria joined Azorra in July 2018 following college graduation and serves as a Sales and Marketing analyst, with responsibility for sales support, market research, branding, and customer relationships.

Maria’s educational background in international business is focused on complex flows of goods and capital and the differences in location and politics that influence global business strategy. She studied abroad in Italy as part of her curriculum’s language and cultural immersion program.

Maria graduated with Honors and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Global Management from Bucknell University. She also attended the ISTAT U 2.0 program through Embry Riddle.

She joined Highbury Group in August 2019 as Sales representative
