William Prothero has over 30 years experience in worldwide aircraft sales, leasing, and asset management.

He has concluded numerous aircraft sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and in 2004 co-founded RPK Capital Management Group LLC Chicago, wich grew to a portfolio of more than 50 commercial passenger and cargo aircraft. Prior to RPK, William was Vice President of Marketing with Unicapital Corporation with responsability for handling the management of more than 70 aircraft and engines in the aviation group.

William worked Airbus in Toulouse, France from 1985 to 1999 in several management roles and engineering positions. He holds an engineering degree from the UK gained alongside his graduated apprenticeship with British Aerospace, Bristol.

Rafel Oliver joined Highbury Group in 2009. He is graduate in Economy by the University of Balearic Islands. Rafel has extensive experience in major companies of the Airline and Hotel industry.

Prior to joining Highbury Rafel worked in the Aviation and Hotel industries. Most of his airline career has been developed in the Futura Group where he has hold different financial key positions: Financial Director (Jul 07- Jan 09), Financial Deputy Director (May 05-Jul 07) and USA Financial Manager (Oct 03-May 05). In Futura he has participated in the expansion of the Group and has been involved in all aspects of strategy and new investments.

Since 2010 he is working as Fianacial Board Advisor for Albastar SA. Also worked as Auditor for the international wellknown hotel company Barcelo Hotels and Resorts as Auditor in Europe and North & South America.

A veteran in Aviation industries possessing 30+ years of remarkable experience with numerous airlines in Europe and North America. Kamrul Khan has further involved his profession in Planning and Developing Charter/Schedule Airlines by supporting sales and Marketing activities. The Caliber of Kamrul Khan's accomplishment n Planning & Organization, Soft Skills and Communication has accomplished to reach towards a dutiful airport operations manager with vast knowledge of airport security procedures and operations. Highly proficiency at applying knowledge of federal aviation regulations in a variety of settings and possessing FAA approved Security License NYC 1989, FAA approved DG Goods License from Essen -Germany and Radio License approved from German CAA. He was Ground Handling Manager Operation and Station Manager of München / Germany) and was Assistant to Chairman Charter operations Turkey. Lastly served as a Business Development Manger Cologne Germany with outside station Dubai/UAE and Dhaka/Bangladesh. He is highly competent and experienced in the following Ground Handling functions in areas such as Passenger Services, Ramp Services, Load Control & Communication Service , Ground Operation Service, Representation & Supervision Services and General Aviation Terminal Service. Maintenance support according to EASA -145 /147 regulation SAARC countries, Kamrul Khan will be part of our organization team that will deliver the objective, data-driven insight and guidance required to inform the business strategies, allocate capital, prioritize resources, and manage risk.
